REDEVELOPMENT

Big Rooter Power is a two-phase 1,250 MWdc + 950 MW / 1,900 MWh hybrid solar PV and BESS facility that will start construction in 2026. Big Rooter utilizes existing infrastructure and real estate owned by Twin Oaks Power Station and the Calvert Mine.

Sunnyside Solar is a 58 MWdc + 58 MW / 232 MWh hybrid solar PV and BESS Facility with an anticipated COD of 2027. Sunnyside Solar utilizes real estate and infrastructure owned by Sunnyside Cogen and SCA Pile.

Cottage Grove Storage is an 80 MW / 320 MWh BESS under development on the Cottage Grove Cogen site with an anticipated COD of 2028. Cottage Grove Storage utilizes existing infrastructure and real estate owned by Cottage Grove Cogen.

NCA2 Solar is a 75 MWdc + 57 MW/228 MWh hybrid solar PV and BESS facility that will begin construction in August 2025. NCA2 Solar has executed a 25-year solar PV and BESS power purchase agreement with data centers operated by a leader in global data technology solutions, located in Las Vegas. NCA2 Solar utilizes existing infrastructure operating at the NCA2 site.

Minor Oak Power is a 700 MW natural gas-fired power station under development adjacent to the Twin Oaks Power Station with an anticipated COD of 2029. Minor Oak utilizes infrastructure and real estate owned by Twin Oaks Power Station.
